Usage Method: Prepare a 5-10% tannin solution using deoxygenated brewing water or distilled water before use.
Addition in Mashing: Add the diluted tannin solution to the mashing water before adding malt powder. Recommended dosage: 40-80ppm.
Addition in Boiling Kettle: Add 5-10 minutes before the end of boiling; or add during the transfer of wort into the wort clarification tank pipeline.
Recommended Dosage: 30-60ppm.
Preparation Method: Use a stainless steel or plastic container. Inject deoxygenated water or distilled water at room temperature and stir rapidly. When a vortex forms, slowly pour the mashing tannin into the container while stirring continuously to ensure complete dissolution into a 20-25% solution. Dilute to 5-10% before use. Avoid contact with oxygen. Do not use iron, aluminum, or other metal containers and utensils.
